Community United Church of Christ

Worship

Sunday Services are as follows:

8:30 am Taizé

10:00 am Regular Morning Worship

Child care is available.

Our services are open to all, and accomodations are available for those with disabilities.

Communion - On the first Sunday of the month, we serve communion. At the United Church of Christ, we have an open table of communion, which is open to all who follow Jesus and want to be more connected to God.

During Advent and Lent, our choir sings for every service.

Taizé Service begins at 8:30 am. Taizé is a style of worship that originated at an ecumenical monastery in Taize, France after WWII. It is a quiet, meditative service with repetitive chanting songs, prayers, guided meditation and communion. It has attracted visitors who just come for Taizé, members and friends of the church for whom and early service fits better in their schedule and some people who come to both the early Taize service and the 10 am service as well. All are welcome, childcare is provided, but older children are welcome at Taizé if they are interested.
